Label DOMOTICS: Successfully annual test for CDI-Projects.
On June 26th a
reference installation was tested by specialized inspectors from
AIB-Vincotte. There were no violations or remarks listed so CDI-Projects
got a recertification for the qualitylabel. Read

KNX-domotics grows explosive!
The KNX-trade joural
of first quarter 2008 quotes that the number of ETS-licenses
(Software to program KNX-domotics) multiplied by three in one
year. This license costs over 1000€, so if selled a lot of
systems will be programed. Also 45 new manufacturers joined the
KNX-organisation (a.o. Honeywell, Revox and Russound). It
becomes more clearly that the Domotics Market is converging to
one system: KNX (former EIB).

New
Iphone is perfect to operate Domotics!
The new Iphone excels
in visualising and operating Domotics-systems. Because of the
build-in WiFi (wireless network) interface and the user-friendly
display, there is finally a smartphone that is very efficient to
operate Domotics. The built-in browser support all the functions
of a Homeserver. We still have to wait for a Belgian version
that hopefully also support UMTS. That way you are able to
operate in your house, but also everywhere on earth at a fast
and easy way. Also camera images can be displayed easily. Of
course you are also able to call, surf on the internet, read
emails, manage your agenda and synchronize with Outlook, add
your music collection via Itunes,... lots of fun!
